As a Scrum Master at the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), I lead agile and accessible projects that deliver quality outcomes for people with disability. I have over 15 years of work experience in information technology, with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM), accessibility testing, and agile project management. I hold PRINCE2® and MCSE certifications, as well as a master's degree in information technology. I am passionate about ensuring that NDIA's digital services are user-friendly, inclusive, and compliant with accessibility standards. I work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor agile sprints. I also managed the accessibility testing process, ensuring that the products meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. In addition, I oversee the delivery office outreach services, which provide support and information to remote and regional communities. I am driven by NDIA's mission to empower and enable people with disability to achieve their goals and aspirations.
