Privileged to work as a project manager for the human performance optimization (HPO) contract serving 19th AF CRAFT locations. Currently, I oversee the execution and alignment of contract initiatives and efforts across the formal training unit locations including Luke AFB, Holloman AFB, and Eglin AFB. Daily activities include onsite management of contract initiatives at the Aviator Performance Program housed at Eglin Air Force base and frequent communication and collaboration with onsite leadership at Luke AFB, Holloman AFB, the HPO contract program manager, and the 19th AF CRAFT director. At Eglin AFB, I oversee a staff of multidisciplinary subject matter experts who work collaboratively to execute human performance syllabi and service delivery at a state-of-the-art tactical performance facility. The purpose of this program is to incorporate job-specific conditioning, cutting-edge HP technology, and easy access to prehab & rehab to help pilots meet the demands of modern operations and the need for holistic resiliency. Additional duties include the delivery of physical therapy care to fighter pilots and weapon systems officers assigned to the installation.
