-Designed and developed 4P (4 Process) CNC laser machines using SolidWorks for diamond, carried out FEA (Finite Element analysis, static structural) analysis of machine frames and base structure, derived boundary conditions and FBD-Designed complete automation system including slide and rotary units, selected gearbox, bearing, ball and lead screw, servo motor selection, timing belts based on customer product requirement.Researched and -Modified design of 4P cradle which improved its life span by 6 months.-Improved 3d inclusion mapping accuracy of diamond holding fixture by modifying its design which caused full utilization of rough stone, reduced waste and resulted in smoother curves.-Addressed the special needs of the customers and provided them technical changes and consultationthrough ECR/ECN.-Carried out DFMEA during the development of Nebula machines, while collaborating and participating with Cross-functional teams (Quality and Manufacturing)-Created and tested prototypes to assess functionality and performance.
