As a Procurement Intern at Dabur International Ltd, I apply my skills in purchasing, sourcing, and contracting to support the procurement team in managing the supply chain of the company. I assist in conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries. I also contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and best practices, with the aim of reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing efficiency.I am pursuing my Master's in Global Business at SP Jain School of Global Management, with a focus on logistics, materials, and supply chain management. I have completed courses and simulations in operations management, business analytics, logistics management, and global strategy, using tools such as SPSS, BOSS, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel. I have also conducted a study on the logistics challenges in the electronics industry post-pandemic in the UAE, which provided me with valuable insights into the current trends and issues in the global market. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to become a successful procurement and supply chain professional in the future.
