Current-Contract management (EPC, fixed priced, lump sum D&C, Early Works Agreements)-Tender Documentation-RFT submissions-Scope of Work -Collaboration with Pre contract, engineering, procurement, and Management teams-Negotiations with Vendors and Suppliers -Progress Claims and Invoicing-Variation negotiations with Client-Construction progress reporting and management-Preparation of Extension of Time, Notices of Delay, Practical Completion Notice-Estimating the delays for exchange of Variation registers with clients -Budget control and work pack budgets-Cash flow forecasting -Site Health and Safety management and Site audits-Reading Technical drawings and documentation -Programming and Scheduling the overall site Construction -Request for information/Technical Queries -Client meetings and progress updates-Assist in Commissioning -Quality documentation- crafting Inspection test codes, Inspection test plans and Inspection test records-Building permit applications-Development of Labour and procurement requirements -Punchlist/Defect modifications negotiations with Client-Finalisation of MDR for Handover packages
