Providing consolidated response on COLO client’s RFP (Reference for Proposal).Completed 12 MW Design work for Chennai data center, with TIA Rated 3 certifications as a project coordinator.Presently Working for Hyperscale data center starting from RFP for consultant, Consultant onboarding, Design finalization, SOQ Compliance to BIM Modelling, OEMs & GC Onboardings, execution support, Shop drawing approval, co-ordination with different services for 50 MW IT Facilities. Initiated 22 MW design co-ordination work for Chennai COLO data center that includes preparing RFP for consultant, onboarding design and statutory consultant, 30%, 65%,95%, IFC design finalization with clash free model submission to project team. As a design coordinator the works include to identify the feasible options for Electrical, Fire, HAVC, Structural and civil works.
