Sibanye-Stillwater (Century Operations)● Follow integrated business processes and systems for Zinc Processing & Hydro Mining Plant & pipeline to provide effective equipment performance and equipment health monitoring, ensuring the required equipment reliability.● Responsibilities include Allen Bradley & Kingfisher PLC programming, Citect SCADA mimic development, and commissioning for the projects, asset management, and maintenance (preventative & breakdown).● Resolve bottlenecks in PLC control logic to enhance both plant safety and performance. Maintain and improve the control loops to ensure optimum and stable plant performance.● Implement temporary control system bridges to overcome process or plant problems without compromising process safety.● Possess in-depth knowledge of both production and maintenance strategies for asset management of large-scale processing plant. ● Maintain and document data related to the as built & Management of Change (MOC) process.● Identify risks that have the capacity to compromise fixed plant performance outcomes and find solutions to mitigate any impacts on desired outcomes.● Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with Operational Excellence.● Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with statutory requirements and site policies & procedures.● Actively participate in establishing a health and safety culture and reporting all health, safety, and environmental incidents.

● Encouraging and cultivating a culture of safety across all aspects of work.● Executing electrical and control system engineering tasks, including design, procurement, commissioning, and implementation.● Guaranteeing adherence to Australian Standards and pertinent legislative regulations.● Planning and executing the decommissioning of HVAC equipment and central plant systems, including chilled water and condenser water systems.● Utilizing ERP systems to efficiently generate work orders, and accurate cost estimates for streamlined project management and procurement processes.● Plan & execute routine & breakdown BAS/BMS site maintenance. Closely monitor & provide remote assistance with all the control strategies of the HVAC systems.● Performing engineering tasks including production of, wiring diagram, schematics, pointslist, graphical interfaces.● To assist with building required engineering tools, logical programming and configuration.● Troubleshooting & diagnosing hardware through BAS/BMS system. Coordinate with sub-contractor for validating design and installation of Building/Energy management systems.
