I am a Housekeeping Supervisor with a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from BSHM and over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I have a passion for delivering excellence in every role and a keen eye for detail and quality.At DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences, I led a team of 40 housekeepers to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. I also served as a Departmental Trainer, providing coaching and feedback to new and existing staff members on service standards, policies, and procedures. I was recognized for my outstanding performance and innovative contributions, receiving awards such as "Supervisor of the Quarter" and "Social Media Hero".I am a highly-motivated collaborator who values teamwork, communication, and business acumen.
