I am a curious and enthusiastic individual with a good overlap of experience and interest in product management, and process optimization through technology interventions.I'm working at AllCargo Logistics as a Product Manager in the CIO office. One of the biggest highlights is that I conceptualized a zero-to-one journey for GATE, our last-mile visibility product, to a pan-India launch, while significantly improving the stability of the delivery mobile application.In my previous role at Allcargo, I assisted the global CIO in creating a technology roadmap, setup project management processes, and led an IT organization model exercise.Previously, I was at PwC US Advisory as a Strategy Consultant. I have worked with big tech companies across areas like Go-to-Market Strategy, FinTech Compliance, and IT cost optimization.I was bitten by the startup bug when I decided to join my sister's subscription box start-up, Pastel Therapy LLP, as a co-founder. I helped create a Go-To-Market strategy and formulated unit economics. We made 170K+ in sales in the first year. I have pursued a PGDM in Information Management and Consulting from SPJIMR, Mumbai. I learned management principles with a deep dive into product management, design thinking, and business intelligence. Before my MBA, I worked at Credit Suisse as a Technology Analyst for ~23 months. One of my achievements here was leading an entire automation project as a fresher to successful completion. I graduated from VJTI, Mumbai pursuing B.Tech in Computer Engineering. I have published a research paper on neural networks and done internships in mobile and web development as well as graphic design.Apart from work, my hobbies include guitar, gadgets, football, cricket, movies/shows, non-fiction, and philosophical books.
