Collaborate with Stores, Dealers, Field Sales Teams and Sales and Marketing teams to provide the best in store training experience such as Handling monthly meetings, discussing the KPI’s, MTD achievements and customer satisfaction percentage.• Creating reports related to sales like Activation Gross Profit Report, Daily sales summary report, Cash audit report, performance metrics report and Cash out summary report. Accurately document sales and/or customer account changes in our Company systems and databases. • Managing RMA’s & Trade-in’s Back to company and tracking and sending report after completion.• Expert hands on software’s like Rq4, Statflo, iQmetrix, MS Office.
