In my current role, for the last 10+ quarters, I have been responsible for building HashiCorp India partner GTM and short and long-term strategic business plans with focused SI and CSP partners, leading to partner-sourced pipeline, deal closures, partner services attach and exceeding regional partner revenue metrics.I have also onboarded over ten strategic SI partners, grew relationships with key CSPs like AWS, MSFT, GCP, and built regional tech alliances with partners like Cisco, Palo Alto Networks and SNYK; contributing to over 80% of regional business numbers via the partner route to market.I drove over $2 MN partner-sourced pipeline every quarter, leading to 15+ new logo acquisitions, $3 Mn+ of bookings and established a foothold in a key APJ region like India, by consistently delivering 150% of partner business metrics.I collaborate with extended teams including partner solutions engineering and partner marketing to initiate, build and execute partner development and demand gen programs like multi-partner industry events, enablement lunch and learn sessions, hands-on workshops, CHIP certifications and accreditations.
