Led all air-rights schemes at TBS with zero escalations and collaborated with various teams such as costing, engineering, retail planning, acquisitions, location planning, etc across TBS and Tesco UK to ensure store layouts delivered are primarily focused on customer satisfaction.Key projects include large stores at Goodmayes, Brentford, Lewisham, Harrow, etc.

Prepared planning application documents for all existing Tesco stores that required planning permission from the local planning authority in the UK to regulate changes within the stores. Worked on the initial feasibility design for 11 new stores across the UK. This involved site assessment, site planning and store interior layouts, and frequent engagement with the UK stakeholders- all adhering to Tesco standards.Apart from this, single-handedly worked and managed mixed-use development schemes at Tesco. Responsibilities included working with developers to set requirements, designing and drafting store layouts, organising Design Team Meetings (DTMs) and workshops with the developers, risk assessment, solving phasing problems and effectively communicating with the stakeholders to ensure the exchange of right information and brief.

Key responsibilities included designing and drafting plans, creating mood board presentations, material selection, organising stakeholder meetings and pre-bid meetings, creating Bill of Quantities, vendor selection process, assessing risk and concerns on-site, and guiding on-site contractors throughout the project execution.
