Works as the HRBP and patiently caters to all the needs of the team members

Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.Perform staffing duties, including dealing with hiring and firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedure.Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves and promotions.Keep track of leave balance, such as personal and sick leave, for employees.Represent the company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into files.

• Interacting with clients and understanding the requirements• Utilizing various sourcing method like web portals (i.e Naukri, Monster, Shine, Times Job)• Maintaining database of prospective candidates.• Screening & short listing candidates profile as per the requirements of clients.• Coordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.• Interacting with candidate doing initial screening. Understanding their competencies & skills sets, making them understand job role.• Providing complete, accurate, & inspiring information to candidates about the company & position.• Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients.• Arranging for personal interview on short listing, having good coordination with the client arranging the final round.• Coordinating with the company & candidates after company selects the candidates.
