Tracked down all the issues based on criticality and ensured its resolvement before moving to final production.5. Conducting proactive forecasting and mitigation related to parts procurement, build schedules and testing phases.6. Communicating and preparing presentations to provide regular updates on project status, risks and challenges to senior management to maintain transparency and alignment.7. Ensuring production readiness, including tooling, assembly lines, quality control processes before mass production.8. Reviewing the project’s success against the original targets, collating and documenting all lesson learnt for future projects and continuous improvement to streamline workflows for higher efficiency in future projects.

Market Analysis & Expansion : Presented the concept of studio stores to the Dealer Principal, effectively demonstrating their profitability and potential to enhance brand presence through a more accessible and cost-effective retail format. Conducted thorough market analysis and scouted strategic locations, leading to the successful launch of four studio stores in North region. Ensured alongwith with Dealer principal for implementing retail design standards aligned with the company's branding.2.Competitor Analysis:Performed detailed competitor assessments by visiting various showrooms of two wheeler and four wheelers.Evaluated customer services at various touch points like sales interaction, showroom ambiance and after sales services.Analysed financial incentives such as 0% interest financing and extended warranty packages.Compared these observation with the organisation's current practices and suggested recomendations to enhance overall customer experience.3.Production Quality Enhancement:Identified and addressed misalignment of trafficators, reducing the issue by 56% through development of a jig that allowed for alignment during the subassembly process rather than at pre delivery inspection.Utilized quality tools like 5 Whys and fishbone diagram to systematically identify and analyse the root causes for the misalignment.Conducted iterative testing, addressing each root cause individually and then in combination to develop a comprehensive solution.Succesfully implemented the solution,leading to significant improvement in quality of product.
