The bulk of my 14+ year work experience lies in the realm of integrated/ multi-platform brand and marketing communications, where I've led business acquisition and growth, operations, and research and strategy across many industry verticals.Notables include Red Bull in the Indian subcontinent with global liaising, Edelweiss, Go Air, Big Rock, Rustomjee, Gelusil, Reid & Taylor, Fair & Lovely, Boost, Horlicks, Tara Jewellers, L’Oreal Paris India, Bestseller Group, Johnson's Baby, Blackberry, Tata Motors' Tata Nano, Tata Safari Storme and overall UV portfolio, conceptualising and executing some of their most engaging campaigns.More recently at Leo Burnett's Indigo Consulting, I've led and nurtured a P&L of nearly 100 million INR across categories like Telecom (Vodafone), Entertainment (Star Plus), Ed tech (Byju's), Med tech (Qi Spine Clinic), Automotive (Jeep) and BFSI brands like Future Generali Life, IDFC Bank and MF, Axis Bank, Bharti Axa Life etc., with a greater thrust on content and performance, user experience and integration.I moved on to lead brand and governance at DBS Bank, singlehandedly launching our biggest project in 2018, "Sparks", a webseries on bankers, in India. With a new story focused around solar lighting, play and Sachin Tendulkar, the script, shoot, BTS content, campaign idea, promotional asset creation and planning and management of the entire multimedia campaign were bred. In 4 weeks, the 2 episodes featuring his story amassed over 6.6 million views and 29 million across assets.After careful consideration and realising a niche exists, one where I may help bridge the gap between brands and service agencies in articulating, communicating and chasing one brand vision, I started Molotov Thinktank.Since inception in 2019, Molotov Thinktank has been consulting with Dentsu Aegis Network for varied clients, Marico for brand concepting, food startups Spice Box and Oye Kiddan for communications, design agency IS for pitches and now with FC Goa and Sportit Academy as Principal Consultant on long term business planning, product building and funding and marketing communications.Since late 2021, I've also recently gone from being a watercolour and gouache hobbyist to professional artist, having showcased and sold my art at 3 cafés and maker spaces in Goa.
