PROFICIENCY FORTE.On-boarding:• Responsible for completing the pre-joining and post-joining formalities.• Responsible for providing Offer and appointment letters to the employees.• Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts and payroll.• Inform employees about medical benefits and other benefits like Childcare and tuition reimbursement.• Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements.Employment Engagement & Exit:• Organizing various employee engagement program and on floor activities.• Employee Communication, Grievance Handling & Counseling, SKIP Meetings, Exit Interviews etc.• Exit Management and proper documentation of all employees across India, Australia, China, UK, Belgium.• Ensuring to have complete exit checklist of employees before exit.• Responsible for taking exit interviews.• Coordinate with corporate payroll team to address compensation and benefit matter.• Working on tools like People Solution, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey and Kronos Workforce Management.• Responsible for internal audit for Medical Benefits, Exits and On-boarding.• Responsible for handling Leave management and MIS.

• Understand HR Policies and Procedures of Client’s organization.• Developing tools for different domains of HR as per the requirement.• Taking care of Absence Management, Performance Management & Core HR Activities• Training Undergone: Oracle Taleo Oracle Absence Management

1.Sourcing & Screening the potential applicants through accessing the various job portals as per company's requirement.2.Conducting telephonic interviews of suitable candidates.3. Preparing the tracker of the candidates going for the interview.4. Taking follow up with candidate till joining.5. Responsibility for carrying out offer letter of selected candidates.6. Preparing Salary fitment of selected candidates.7. Preparing Requisition of selected candidates on SAP.8. Preparing master doc of selected candidates.9. Coordinating between Bank Managers & Selected Candidates.10.Handling On-boarding & Joining responsibility.
