CurrentRoles and responsibilities in my organization.• I am working with global Desktop Support Management (DSM) team on various ongoing projects to keep India sites aligned with global standards and best practice ensuring my organization operations to run smoothly.• I have been working as an active interface between global team and India team to keep India processes aligned with Global policies and standards• Provide continuous support to India R&D labs and closely work with R&D team.• Day to day support for continued services. Actively participated in resolving the tickets related to Internal customer, remote users and partner employees. Extensive support has been provided to APAC region actively participating in resolving the Tickets related to APAC and trying to understand their process as well to provide quality solution. • Apart from resolving the tickets logged in service now, report detailed work log in service now to keep the audit trail of ticket and to fulfill the audit requirement. • Primarily responsible for Managing print services Solutions.• Resolving complex issues related to OS, Office suites, Checkpoint endpoint, FDE and Business Applications, document the solution, if same issues appears again.• Managing End User Computing Services team for global package roll outs and OS and application compatibility testing• Troubleshoot URL Based Applications as per Business. • Well Knowledge of Bomgar, Teams, Zoom, Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber, TP, WebEx and other Meeting Applications and Remote tools• Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and software, e-mail, Internet, WLAN and local-area network access problems.• Managing teams of technicians, engineers and vendors to execute and complete projects.• Delivers, tags, sets up and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software
