I am the Managing Director of GARVIT INFRACON PVT LTD, a company that specializes in producing and supplying Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, a non-combustible, lime-based, cementitious building material that is expanding into new worldwide markets. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Pune, and I have been leading and executing complex and diverse projects in the construction and AAC production sectors for over nine years.My mission is to deliver high-quality and environment-friendly solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential spaces, using the latest technology and best practices in the industry. Some of my notable achievements include setting up a 1LAC CBM AAC plant in Lucknow, the largest of its kind in India, completing a 750-bedded medical college and hospital in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, constructing a dam and a five-star hotel in Jhansi, and running my own 65-bedded hospital in Kanpur, specializing in liver and gastroenterology. I have also established strategic partnerships and collaborations with leading hotel chains, aggregate crushers, and medical institutions. I have strong skills in new business development, project planning, and team management, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to grow and innovate in the infrastructure industry.
