Client Support Analyst
CurrentAdvent Software delivers trading and reporting software to some of the world’s largest Wealth managers and financial institutions. I started as a support consultant but my area of responsibility increased with time. My daily work consisted of the following tasks:- Work directly with financial institutions to analyze, troubleshoot, educate and resolve technical and/or trading issues by telephone, email and remote session- Analyze business requirements and provide thorough documentation on the client’s behalf to the development team for software feature enhancements or product fixes- Leading and mentoring a small team of colleagues. The team is responsible for a translation software, which is the last but important link between Advent software and third-party accounting software- As a consultant; I implement the translation software mentioned above on location. I am responsible for setting the requirement, scope, planning, implementation and adaptation of our systems, followed by training and support to the customerDuring my time at Advent, I have won multiple awards for my work and dedications:- Top Box Client Survey Winner Award in 2013 and 2016 (SS&C Advent)- Runner up for the EMEA Client Excellence Award of the year 2018 (SS&C Advent)
