During my graduation project at Van den Bosch, I explored how they could implement flexible working hours effectively within their ICT team, in order to optimize employee satisfaction and performance. This not only meant understanding what employees wanted but also analyzing all the different activities employees perform to maximize flexibility and to ensure that no work is held back.

During my graduation internship at RJC I had to analyze their modification planning process. By doing so I made the process more transparant at the front end of the modification planning process. This made it possible to predict whether a modification could be planned and performed in time beforehand, and laid a foundation to be able to optimize the planning process for future improvements in the process.
