Dans le cadre de ma mission en tant que consultant (freelance), j’occupe la fonction de business analyste afin de définir clairement les demandes et attentes de la direction. J’essaye d’utiliser les produits existants au sein du groupe Tectéo via la société WIN SA et si nécessaire, je propose des nouvelles solutions possibles à intégrer par la suite dans le catalogue produits.J’occupe également la fonction de SR Project Manager. Dans ce cadre-là, suivant chaque projet, je gère une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour laquelle :• je planifie, valide et qualifie chaque étape d’un projet que j’ai préalablement définie, • je réalise la construction du budget et le suivi du budget • je supervise les prestations des différents intervenants externes. • Je délivre le projet une fois que toutes les attentes business sont répondues. • J’organise le transfert du dit « projet » au service opérationnel. J’exerce aussi la fonction de « Demand manager » : je qualifie les demandes suivant leurs contextes et leurs criticités en : POC – PROJET- TACHE REALISABLE EN OPERATIONNEL.
