Supporting clients in navigating the EU’s political landscape with a policy focus in financial services, digital and healthcare/pharmaceutical policy.My work also includes helping companies in developing legislative and political responses to the EU's agenda on sustainability (with a focus on clean energy), transport and mobility (with a focus on e-mobility and the digital transition), as well as international trade.

Coordinator for the ALDE Party Individual Members (AIM) Working Group E - ENVI (Environment, Public Health and Food Safety).

In this role I managed the association's national and EU public affairs and government relations on a range of topics, including the EU's exit from the European Union, transportation, taxation and customs, and international trade. This also included coordinating the association's position on the European Commission and Irish Government's retaliatory tariff response on the US section 232 tariffs on aluminium and steel, and those proposed in the context of the US section 301 investigation on EU digital services taxes. My duties included the development of the association's first comprehensive public affairs and government relations strategy, including the development of strategic documents and policy papers, as well as engagement with the association's corporate membership to represent their interests towards the Irish Government and the European Commission. Moreover, it also involved the engagement with embassies and ambassadors for the organisation of trade-promotional events and coordination all media and external relations outreach, including the development of press releases and drafting of speeches.

My role involved working on a variety of EU policy dossiers for a number of clients from the public and private sector as well as European associations. In particular, my role involved the development and execution of public affairs and corporate communications strategies, in-depth policy analysis, research and engaging with stakeholders on digital, finance, transport and environment policy.

As Policy Adviser for online payments and transactions, I was responsible for analysing policy, managing, co-ordinating and executing all public affairs activities related to digital and retail financial services, fraud prevention, cyber security. I also represented the association towards policy and industry stakeholders at meetings and conferences.Member of the European Commission's Multi-stakeholder Group on the evaluation of APIs and the Euro Retail Payment Board's Working Group on e-Invoicing Presentment and Payment.
