About Pascal Morel

Je suis actuellement dans l'équipe support informatique, j'ai comme spécialité les équipements mobiles de production, scanners douchettes, terminaux portable sous WM 6.5 à Android toute version. J'ai commencer en 2005 avec des terminaux LXE pour suivre l'évolution en passant par Symbol, Motorola et maintenant Zebra sous WM 6 a maintenant Android 8. Chez smart j'ai la gestion de plus d'une centaine de terminaux mobile et autant en douchette, ainsi que la mise en place récente de ProGlove. Je dois planifier les replacements de matériels obsolète ainsi que les migrations de version Android, ainsi que les mise à jour de sécurité. J'administre ces équipements via SOTI Mobil control.Je choisi et teste le matériel, test la couverture réseaux, valide avec les utilisateurs le fonctionnement avant mise en production, prépare les paquets a intégrée dans SOTI. Je travaille avec notre production ainsi qu'avec les partenaires logistique du site pour répondre a leur besoin en terme d'équipement de mobilité pour la traçabilité des appels de livraison et d'approvisionnement.Mes autres activités sont le supports des utilisateurs sur toutes demandes ou problèmes informatiques.J'administre le parc des imprimantes bureautique et productive.
