In addition, I'm in regular contact with our sales teams to frame customer projects and train them on new products. On the operational side, I'm in charge of managing all internal projects, making sure they are well planned and on schedule. I also manage a team of technicians in charge of software parameterization and configuration for our customers. In addition to this, I manage our support team to ensure that customers receive a timely response to their support requests, and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. I make sure that all departments in the company work collaboratively and efficiently to enable us to grow together.
