About Pascal Pietri

I am currently supporting companies in their digital transformation, helping them to find the best solution for their needs. My commercial and technical expertise helps me to meet their expectations and give them the best advices. I enjoy working as part of a team and challenging myself on a daily basis to meet the challenges I face in my everyday life.I work closely with our company director on strategic issues and internal and external development, both commercially and operationally. In addition, I'm in regular contact with our sales teams to frame customer projects and train them on new products. On the operational side, I'm in charge of managing all internal projects, making sure they are well planned and on schedule. I also manage a team of technicians in charge of software parameterization and configuration for our customers. In addition to this, I manage our support team to ensure that customers receive a timely response to their support requests, and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. I make sure that all departments in the company work collaboratively and efficiently to enable us to grow together.
