Being in the wildlife and participate in different Conservation activities is one of the thing I am qualified and interested to do. Also by having the opportunity to work with the community close to wildlife animal on understanding the wildlife was one of the greatest development in my Career.As HWC and Monitoring Officer, I was involved in data collection, resolving conflict between wildlife and community by using different toolkit. Also on handling of toolkit and keep them in the safe, training the community on how to mitigate human wildlife conflictsKey Achievements:• Managed to collected monthly to annually of HWC Data beside different challenges in the field that helped the Monitoring officer on reporting writing.• Handling of the HWC Toolkit on periods that were no crop destruction and on distributing them during Crop destruction periods.• Monitoring of the Farms destructed, collecting their information and send them to the organization for further analysis. In which helped the organization on strategic planning on reducing Crop destruction in the community caused by wildlife animal.
