After my engineer course, I joined General Electric as procurement engineer for the gas turbine assembly line during 4 years. I wanted a more technical role and moved to manufacturing engineer, still for the gas turbine assembly line for the 2 next years.Then I joined the engineering department of Alstom Power Services to cover the generator maintenance. First I was only involved with air cooled generators manufactured in Belfort and have progressively gained experience on other fleets (air cooled generators from any design and make). More recently, start of 2017, after the merge of Alstom Power with GE, my job is now the creation of our technical offers on any generator (legacy Alstom and third party fleets - so except the legacy GE fleet) without any restriction on the technology.
