For 7 years, I was responsible for leading the Technical Department of our Frito-Lay Lauzon plant. The Technical Department regroups: The Capital project team which were executing between $5MM to $15MM in various projects annually; The maintenance team which were performing all the preventive and corrective maintenance activities on all the site equipment, to ensure site downtime is reduced and kept minimal on a sustainable way; The sanitation team which were performing all sanitation activities to ensure food safe production; The green team which were managing the environmental sustainability agenda; The resource conservation team which were managing all the initiatives to reduce our utilities consumption. In 2004 the site ranked number 1 in North America as the best facility resource conservation results.; The Food security team which were managing all the initiatives to ensure our operations are producing a great quality product in a safe environment.
