This should Enable Our Customers to Make the World Healthier, Cleaner and SaferNSR Review Board meeting: Follow incoming NSR requests, Trigger Ops on new NSR’s submitted on factory configs, Help prioritize urgency for NSR requests on configs submitted at factory, immediate input on behalf of Logistics concerning non complex issues (factory related and complex logistics input is covered during assessments by CT) and Influence way NSR’s are offeredNSR validation Process: Process ownership, Maintain validation reporting and coordinate open action points, Escalate pending issues, Define urgencies and exceptions to businessNSR Execution Process Ops: NSR execution meetings for Ops, Assign and manage actions for NSR prep, Monitor NSR’s removed from config and update accordingly, Monitor status NSR execution, Troubleshooting and escalation NSR related issues and post-delivery supportNSR Process Reporting: Monthly BBSC reporting to Director Operations and Manager Logistics, Quarterly reporting to Operations Staff

Production slot planning and shipment planning responsibilities for system and accessory ordersOrder intake, technical validation, screening and order entry as 1st point of contact for internal customers. (SSD)Working with manufacturing and material planner to ensure efficient slotting and build plan executionOrder management and shipment planning responsibilities for retrofit / accessory/spare parts orders and system back-ordersWorking closely with Sales, Service and PDs for the most efficient and effective order planning and shipping of end user or internal ordersSupporting F&A at PD operational level (invoicing, pricing, crediting etc)RMA handling: Approve / decline rejects, issue credits (if applicable), inventory receipts etc.KPI maintenance for Accessory/Spare parts orders OTD and order confirmation lead-timeSupporting Supervisor orderdesk & shipping if required
