• Responsible to manage external partners on an operational level based upon negotiated contracts (Ericsson, Stream-Group, Huawei,...).Accountable for achievement of the outsourcing projects in conformity with the.
• Ensures that defined contracts (with Partner and third parties) fulfil Company needs and proposes any modification necessary (improvement, clarification, corrections, etc).
• Support the definition and reviews of the yearly plan (build-run) and ensure its implementation and follow-up in line with quality, timing and financial objectives
• Proposes and manages quality or budget action plans (thru audits, escalation, LDs application, other actions) to bring the partner’s performance back in line with the contract.
• Accountable for the ordering management related to the Radio Access Part and associated budget follow-up

• KPI Management (follow up of the Financial and Quality KPIs and propose and manage eventual corrective action plan,…)
• Lead monthly KPI review meeting, contribute to the monthly Performance meeting and the Steering Board of the sourcing partner
• External partners: Contract management, operational responsible, management accountable for KPIs, SLAs and penalties definition and application- Contract Management (La Poste, Anatole, Ericsson, Accenture,...)

- Propose, define and improve KPIs based on understanding of the business drivers and objectives.- Highlights business trends based on analysis of KPIs evolution and advises on business opportunities and risks.- Delivers high-quality analyses on services and customers, focusing on customer behaviour / experience (end-to-end) & churn impact and/or on.

Direct report to the Department DirectorProduce all reports on data in order to:- Have a consolidated view on the service delivered to the customer base- Have a unique view on the outstanding complaints (reaction time) of the customer base- Have a view on the detection of fraud mechanism on the network- Analyze and maintain process flows and working.
