After a period of practical training at Cascades Research and Development, he continues to gain experience as a process engineer at Paper Kingsey Falls. This experience, focusing not only on technical side of operation, but also on the management of production, maintenance, projects and human resources, allows him to access to the position of Plant Manager. To hone his skills as a manager, he started a MBA program.His stay in the boxboard mill Cascades Blendecques was a rewarding experience on both professional and personal perspectives. It also paves the way for a return to a mill manager position at Cascades Boxboard Group in East Angus. This return to Quebec made possible the completion of the MBA programFollowing a four-year term in East Angus, he devoted his knowledge and experience, to the benefits of all of Cascades group mills through the services offered by the Research and Development Center. His mandates involved servicing mills in Canada, US and Europe.After being involved in the start up, he accepted a 4 year mandate at Cascades' new Greenpac linerboard mill in Niagara Falls, NY after which he came back to Cascades' service division.
