I am part of the team at UNAIDS HQ in charge of the management and development of the Fast-Track Cities (FTC) Initiative which was launched in December 2014. The goal of the Fast-Track Cities team has been to provide technical support to cities, to mobilize resources to support the city work, and to work with key partners and stakeholders to move the global agenda forward. More information on the Initiative can be found: https://www.unaids.org/en/cities.In addition, 15 priority cities are receiving technical and financial support through a grant from USAID for the period 2018 - 2020.My responsibilities are mainly focused on the coordination of the grant implementation and include:- Building effective working relationships with the donor and the implementing partners.- Liaising regularly with the UNAIDS Country Offices and participate in city visits to assess progress and ensure activities are on track. - Ensuring presence and visibility of the project and the cities at key global and regional conferences and meetings.- Working on improving strategic information on the HIV epidemic and response in cities.

Yangon, Myanmar

- Facilitate the administration, implementation and monitoring of the USAID Burma HIV/AIDS Flagship (UHF) project together with the Programme Manager and the Country Director. Assist the implementing partners to manage the grant and reach the targets in a timely manner.- Organize the first national consultation on PrEP that will lead to the development of a set of recommendations for its implementation. Developed a concept note in order to initiate dialogue with government officials and briefed colleagues prior to advocacy meetings. - Conduct regular check-in meetings with the UNAIDS Co-Sponsors on the implementation of targeted activities.- Deliver continuous support to the strategic information team including to the narrative and financial reporting exercises.- Support the preparation of the narrative and financial reports of grants managed by the Country Office.

The IAS Educational Fund (http://www.iasociety.org/educationalfund) is a multi-donor project. It provides educational opportunities to advocates and clinicians working in the field of HIV / AIDS so as to increase their access to strategic information. It tightens the gap between research developments and their implementations at national and regional levels.As project manager, I was in charge of the implementation of this Fund:- Selection of about 200 advocates and clinicians from around the world to attend AIDS 2016. Responsibilities included: development of a registration platform, database management, selection of successful applicants, logistics, coordination with Governing Council members.- Development and design of an online tool giving access to free strategic information. Responsibilities included: selection of relevant sessions presented at the Conference for further dissemination, coordination with internal teams and external suppliers, set up and promotion of an online platform aimed at reaching HIV / AIDS clinicians and advocates.- Organization of post-conference meetings to increase knowledge sharing and to inform advocates and clinicians on the latest development in the field of HIV / AIDS. Responsibilities included: development of tailored programmes, partnership with local organizations, promotion of the meetings among the IAS and the partners' networks, selection of locations and venues.Key achievements:- Successfully managed the project in 2015 and 2016- Organized 2 regional events in Senegal and Nigeria which resulted in the development of action plans- Developed and launched an online resource platform for advocates and clinicians - Enlarged the scope of the Scholarship Programme for the following years- Developed improved databases by working closely with the IT team

As a DPI Radio Unit intern, my tasks were mainly focused on radio production. I selected, investigated and further presented news on the UN French service radio. Radio news were offered to national radios around the world, and were especially broadcasted in remote areas where radio is the main communication channel. The UN radio counts on partners to further broadcast its programmes. One of my tasks was to evaluate the satisfaction of these partners. I developed a survey in order to understand what the UN radio could improve and what was of interest for its partners. After running this survey, I compiled and analysed the results, and presented my recommendations to my team who took action to better meet its partners' expectations.-Produced radio pieces on wide range of topics, including UN humanitarian responses, health, and environment-Conducted research and identified stories from the field to be included in the production plan of the radio unit-Surveyed the satisfaction of recipient radio stations, compiled results, and fed final evaluation/recommendations for strategic plan
