- Completed Projects: 8 Forbes Town Road, Palm Tree Villas 2, Greenbelt Hamilton, One Uptown Residence, St. Mark Residences, San Antonio Residence, Park McKinley West Phase 1 (ongoing)- Monitors all QA/QC related activities of the project, to include but not limited to inspection schedules and safe keeping of QA/QC records/documents.-Review of technical documents, project plans and deliverables of the contractor to ensure compliance to standard- Oversees, manages, and ensures timely and quality execution of repairs and turnover activities based on project timeline and work planInspection and supervision of architectural works and MEFPS functionality test- Attend the weekly coordination meetings- In charge of dealing with clients or buyers as far as the turn-over of units is concerned from their unit inspection up to the acceptance.

- Provide support and services in the preparation of quantity takeoffs and undertake basic unit cost analysis during costing for various Projects based on specific bid requirements for both internal and external clients- Assure that cost proposals received from various subcontractors are compliant to the technical requirements of the bid. - Valuing completed work and arranging payments for contractors- Processing of Contractors billing using SAP

- In charge of supervising and overseeing the work of our specialty contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and sub-contractors. - Evaluate, estimate, and implement approved budget on additional works, change orders, maintenance items- Prepare Job Order and Materials Supply Requisition Slip for Move In Module and other back job works. - Coordinate with the site Construction team for the completion of as-built turnover documentation
