After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2000, I continued my professional development by joining James Oliver at his Quantity Surveying practice. Under James’s tutorage I progressed my core skills in providing detailed tender estimates, preparing and monitoring budgets during the construction phase and managing multiple large value schemes simultaneously. In 2003 I first met Daryl Thompson professionally whilst working together on a complex Apartment scheme in Leeds City Centre. We developed a strong relationship based on shared enthusiasm for each other’s disciplines within construction. James Oliver recognised this potential and by the end of 2004 Management Cubed Ltd was formed. Today, I have an expansive portfolio of project experience spanning from Education, Health, Leisure, Public, Residential and Retail sectors. I consider myself to be a forward thinking director, a knowledgeable Senior Quantity Surveyor and an advocate of continuous improvement and quality management within the company. I maintain high level of commercial awareness to ensure M3 is growth is sustainable for the future.
