Current25,000+ hours of combinded CATIA V4R21, CATIA V5R16/18/19, NX5, NX7.5 for 3D Surface and Solid Modelling, assembly designs, drafting, kinematics. Pocess experience in ENOVIA VPM and Teamcenter data management system.Engineering designed over fifteen automotive closure hinge systems supplied to various OEMs such as: Chrysler, Ford, FIAT, Daimler, Honda, Toyota, and Tesla Motors. Products include side door hinges and checkers, hood hinges and trunk lid hinges with counter-balance systems, minivan power sliding door hinge systems, tailgate and lift-gate hinges. Designed composite body panel, EV battery pack and vehicle system equipment support structures for advanced prototype hybrid electric vehicles. Performed engineering design calculations and collaborate with structures engineers utilizing advanced CAE tools for topology optimization. Performed tolerance stack analysis, created GD&T schemes and engineering detail drawings in accordance with ASME/ANSI Y14.5. Design verification, validation and product quality review. Observed functional and environmental cycle tests, reviewed test data and performed statistical analysis on the product reliability performance. Performed design failure mode analysis.Engineering support in product manufacturing process.Provided guidance and training to junior team members in core product design. Prepared design project plan and managed engineering design tasks. Participated in the engineering quality management audit activities, and standard process reviews for continuous improvements per ISO/TS16949 standards.
