Formerly a teacher, now a pastor/preacher, I am married to a fantastic woman who loves the Lord and have children and grandchildren. I am a believer in Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord and in HIs powerful grace that both saves and enables those who become His disciples. Thus, I desire to use my pastoral/teaching gifts to reach people both young and old with the gospel, and help them grow in grace. Thus, I hope to minister in a church associated with a school, where families can grow together in the grace of God, and thus the younger generation can be properly mentored to become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ, until He comes again in glory.I favor the expository preaching style, and have found that audiences never get bored, but remain engaged during my sermons. I believe the use of expository preaching is the best method to teach others how to understand the scriptures; and, I believe that even very young people can and should learn how to understand the Bible. With a world view known to Seventh-day Adventists as "The Great Controversy," my knowledge in both science and Bible enables me to help people better understand difficult topics that contradict evolutionary science teachings, such as the stories of Creation and The Flood, and thus to allow them to "connect-the-dots" without shame according to a proper Biblical perspective.Personal Mission: I desire to do God's will.
