♦ Assist in oversight of 10 employees, including daily management, assigning tasks, and project management♦ Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, and dealing with property owner grievances♦ Assist with all maintenance tasks for the development, including but not limited to snow removal, leaf re-moval, wood chipping, repairing company vehicles, fixing roads, etc.♦ Maintain excellent relationship with and provide quality service for community property owners

- Mentoring- The opportunity to learn and grow under the watchful eyes of Pastor Scott Welch, Rev. Dave Lander, and Dr. Mark Lamport.- Experience- Hands on training in counseling, teaching, preaching, planning, organizing, and facilitating.
