Together with the Director of Recruitment Strategies, design recruitment strategies to increase applications and enrollment for over 40 professional degrees in the Division of Continuing Studies. Directs, coordinates and manages recruitment, events and maintain stakeholder relationships. Provides vision, leadership and maintains partnerships as it relates to professional degrees and certificate recruitment partnerships with the College of Engineering, School of Pharmacy, School of Medicine and Public Health, School of Education and Computer, Data and Information Sciences. Establishes data-driven strategy for monitoring enrollment initiatives within the Professional Degrees and Certificates portfolio. Directs, coordinates and provides oversight of on-boarding processes for recruitment staff.

Provide students and families with firsthand knowledge of hundreds of pre-college, college and graduate school opportunities as well as guide them through the entirety of the admission and application process. Offer guidance concerning high school course selection, college fit, college major selection, standardized test preparation, campus visit/interview preparation, personal statements, financial strategies, and more.Provide up-to-date information on trends in college admissions, including changes in application processes, deadlines, and policies.Utilize extensive knowledge of colleges and universities to explore and identify college lists. Advise families on a wealth of topics including college admissions, demonstrated interest, financial aid, class selection guidance, pre-college programs, transfer admissions, college curriculum, campus visits, extracurriculars, and standardized testing.

Oversight of the development of recruitment strategies to increase applications and enrollment of freshmen undergraduate students. Served in a liaison capacity between the Office of Admissions and all academic, student support and other key stakeholders to establish, maintain and support relationships. Supervised, hired and trained admissions professionals and student staff. Oversaw the visit experience for the College and collaborated with the city of Beloit. Directed development of correspondence and outreach as well as partnered with college communications staff to market opportunities, create brand strategy, develop recruitment literature, plan public events, order merchandise and ensure all prospective students and their families receive appropriate publications. Worked closely & collaborated with appropriate offices to develop and support strategic plans for underserved populations. Achieved one of the largest and most diverse enrollment classes in the history of the College.
