- Accountable for global inventory, fill rate to hub and asset utilization for in-scope sub-category/ platform; Manage IBP for sub-category for global supply review- Develop master production plan, which considers technology, production capacity and material availability; generate supply commits for downstream nodes- Generate material and capacity constrained feasible Master Supply Plan (MPS) over operational and long-range horizons to compute demand-supply gaps- Run extensive scenario planning to resolve the issues proactively- Accountable for planning strategies, accuracy of planning parameters/inputs and stability of supply plan- Work with Strategic Capacity Planner to identify capex requirements

- Manage the efficient and effective execution of new products and Marketing Goals to the global marketplace, focusing on Promotional Development and Innovations. - Develop and coordinate efficient Timelines with the cross-functional team, including Marketing, Packaging, Product Development, ME, Creative, New Product Purchasing/GSR and Manufacturing.-Work closely with Resource Planning and Mass Planners to coordinate production of WIPs, Samples, Finished Goods, and provide allocations and priorities. -Lead the Origins GBSC Promotional Cross-Functional Team in becoming a more effective, agile and efficient team.-Worked closely with colleagues in other Brands to optimize the Origins Team and continue improvement during the 2019 Fiscal year.
