Production Engineer requires the abilities to design for production and perform solid modeling using Solid Works. Will possess limited responsibility within the group and will receive technical support and guidance from the Advanced Level Engineers, Senior Engineers and the Product Engineering Manager. Must possess the ability to independently set goals, adhere to budgets and meet assignment deadlines. Also needed, are skills with regard to planning, decision making, troubleshooting problems and identifying possible solutions while considering potential outcomes. They will be able to understand customer needs, both internal and external, meeting those needs in a professional and timely manner while utilizing excellent communication skills.

Manufacturing engineering candidate with numerous roles. Assigned to manufacturing, tasked with various special projects to help increase production, safety, inventory, and eliminate waste. Tasked with creating value stream maps, kaizen events, and implementing lean manufacturing solutions to various product lines. Shop router review and revisions suggestions for various product lines. Assisted with various manufacturing roles including furnace operation, alloy application, assembly, testing parts, and cleaning of components.Performed time studies and other essential duties to collect data for product lines and evaluate performance to begin Shop Floor Orders/ Reporting within E2. Worked with vacuum, retort, and belt furnaces running TUS (temperature uniformity test), SAT (system accuracy test), and NADCAP surveys. Responsible for following job routers and setting up proper parameters for furnace runs. Designed and constructed FAA/ employee production and safety training matrix for SOPs and pertinent procedures. Exposure to FPI (fluorescent penetrant inspection), CMM accuracy, E2 Shop Floor, various tolerance measuring devices.
