Mr. Conlin has over thirty years of business experience, including real estate, management consulting, newly formed companies and investment management. Mr. Conlin is President of Milestone Capital Management, a firm that manages a deep value public equity portfolio of securities. Mr. Conlin is also a general partner and equity partner in real estate and various other investments. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Conlin was involved in the early stages of SBS, a Minneapolis-based computer software firm and was a senior financial consultant in the Special Services division of Arthur Andersen. Mr. Conlin is a founder and board member of Minneapolis Next, a non-profit corporation creating educational and other life-enriching opportunities for determined, at-risk youth in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Mr. Conlin is a board member of the Ramkota Companies, a hotel real estate ownership firm. Mr. Conlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
