Pat is an innovative results-proven Global Information Technology Leader. In her role as the Baby Care IT OT Leader at the Mehoopany Pennsylvania Plant, she acts as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the largest P&G plant and the budget owner of a five million dollar IT budget. In her role as IT OT Leader and acting CIO, Pat has been recognized by senior management as providing quality IT OT support ensuring the site is Always on, Compliant, Secure and Ready for Digitization. Pat has extensive leadership and technical skills in the consumer products industries with a record of results in leading global projects including Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Business Intelligence, Marketing & Sales Solutions and Plant Operations. In an organization that provides global standards for efficient business communication, Pat partners with the Global business to Develop / Execute the Site Digital Master plan delivering value and savings for the site. Manages escalation processes and educates PS leadership on IT Strategies, Directions & Opportunities. Partners with Vendors and builds strong working relationships with all levels of leadership. Led Global Project team on complex Non-Performing Inventory (NPI) supply initiative partnering with Regional Inventory Business Experts eliminating NPI. Exceeded expectations improving P&G’s overall inventory position by eliminating $29M within the first two months of delivery and significantly reduced scrapping costs. Led Transportation & Warehouse Analytics solution that delivered visualization of Total and Accessorial freight costs & Vehicle fill across key cost and service metrics. For fiscal years 2014 and 2015 expected $260M spend savings.
