I spent 35 years in the Moving and Storage Business 15 of those focusing on the Hospitality Industry. As a General Manager I not only had accountability for the processes but ultimately the bottom line. The warehousing piece could be a very profitable if managed correctly. In the Hospitality space it is critical to have proper oversight and "inspect what you expect". Because of our footprint I was able to work with other branches to enable them to properly manage a project. This made us more attractive to clients because we could provide the consistent service they required.
