With a strong track record of driving growth, creating value, and leading transformative initiatives, Pat brings a wealth of expertise in financial leadership, strategic vision, and governance.Recently retired as Chief Financial Officer of Wabtec (NYSE: WAB), Pat served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President, overseeing all aspects of Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Information Technology. He was instrumental in expanding Wabtec into global markets, developing new products, and achieving record year-over-year stock price increases, ultimately leading to Wabtec's inclusion in the S&P 500.During his tenure at Wabtec, Pat worked under five different CEOs, gaining valuable experience in adapting to diverse leadership styles and strategic visions. As part of the executive team, he observed the board's transition from mid-sized to Fortune 500 and S&P 500. In this role, he managed critical topics including ESG, D&I, shareholder activism, and leadership succession, contributing to effective governance practices and stakeholder value creation.In addition to his corporate roles, Pat founded PDFS LLC, a consulting practice based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he provides expert financial guidance to organizations in the Manufacturing, Technology, and Project/Contract sectors.
