Responsible for configuration support, development and administration of the Onspring Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool. To include, assisting with documentation of bank workflows, controls, and processes for future GRC development. Manage updates for various programs through dashboards and reports within the GRC tool.

Responsible for interaction with Internal and external auditors, and external examiners to front-load the right artifacts to facilitate the audit or exam (GLBA, Deloitte, Safety & Soundness, IT Governance). Drives and maintains the schedule for all planned audits and exams for the year and keeps the IT Leaders and stakeholders informed so that they can be plan-full with their resources. Coordinates and ensures that the management responses to auditors and examiners are timely and of high quality. Also creates and refreshes SOX systems maps and drive follow up changes to access, systems, processes, and monitoring tools.

Responsible for sustainment support for an internal application request tool system at AT&T managing over 1800+ applications throughout their lifecycle. This involved engineering and configuration of individual setups for various applications and services delivered by a Remedy ticket system. Also performed access reviews to keep within SOX compliance guidelines. Duties involved working with both IT and Business stakeholders to deliver deployment and updates in a timely and accurate fashion.

Responsible for User and Access Management for mainframe security administration on ACF2, RACF, and Top Secret. Provided off hour support on a rotational basis to support Tier 1 support as required. Also provided access management for Active Directory, VPN, and Novell.

Security administration in the Information Security department using Active Directory, ACF2, Oracle, VPN, Unix; and various in house applications. Liaison for outsourced vendor team, compliance (SOX & GLBA), and project support. Lead for Identity Management project (Control-SA to SUN Identity Management). Responsible for work flow design, data acquisition, and testing and monitoring.
