The Suit can be employed for both personal lines and commercial lines of business. This implementation has resulted in new report/document requirements and changes to the existing requirements across different business areas. Reports and document work stream aims at gathering the requirements for new and existing reports/documents and propose the solution to build the reports/documents.As a Lead Business Analyst(Reports/Documents and interfaces) , my responsibilities is to :• Produce Reporting/Document Catalogue based on the reporting requirements for my region.• Conduct workshops for business SME’s to gather requirements• Undertake business analysis and produce report/document specification documents which accurately detail the requirements• Ensure that the data items required in the reports/documents are available in eBao DB.• Review, Challenge and agree proposed IT solutions, and ensure that they meet the business needs• Ensure that Reports/Documents deliverables are produced on time in accordance with the project plan and make sure that all relevant parties are informed of progress

I was accountable for the technical aspect of the internal testing facilities project. Referred to as the SPY Lap/Team. Designed the software testing processes and procedures as well as being Jr. ProjectManager for all internal LaserJet projects associated with the SPY Lab. Responsible for projectoperations, FTE of 20, analyze and build the testing budget, Negotiating for services as well as vendor control, develop and deliver IS deliverables, strategies, train tech's and engineers. Primary and secondary Projects: My part was to assist the project plan, estimate resources and costs, and then set up the scheduling and oversee the execution of the plan. Other duties included maintaining the server bank, Network Admin, design, and making sure everything was working properly.• Project Management team in building the LaserJet R&D testing Lab from 3 people to over 120 FTE’s.• Developed documentation, process improvement, establishing standardizations, improving workflow, metrics, long term planning, risk evaluation and analysis.• Design testing procedures and strategies as well as designing processes for localized testing in 27 languages • Build and maintain server platforms, networks and subnets, laying cable, beta testing for Intel systems and dragon naturally speaking (Nuance). • Facilitated executive and engineering meetings regarding software/hardware and multiple projectissues.• Project managed the designed and building of the Windows NT 4.0 Client/Server networks consisting of Hewlett-Packard NT Server, clients (Windows 95/98/ME and Windows NT/2000) for the SPY-Testing Lab.• Analysed gaps in business processes and formulate long term and short term solutions. Developed workflow analysis, use case documentation, planning, change process and management of the system implementation processes• Provided leadership and assistance to study development teams to effectively apply system/application development lifecycle strategies to the R&D department.
