Services include document review, budget development, phasing and scheduling for the pre-construction. Construction phase services include GC and subcontractor management, project scheduling, document management (submittals, RFI’s, designer communication, etc.), change management, quality control and safety review. Construction of two high profile construction projects in Carrboro, NC. Oversaw and controlled contract budgets, prepared scope and wrote contracts, managed submittal and change orders. Developed and wrote project schedules and prepared monthly progress reports. Managed field superintendent and subcontractors to ensure project completion and compliance to contract Documents. Worked with local officials to develop constructability and phasing plans to minimize the impact to local businesses.

Responsible for all construction operations related to hospitality and retail divisions. Duties ranged from pre-construction (estimates and constructability review), construction phase (managed project managers and superintendents) to construction turnover. Responsible for 25 division employees, assigned project teams for projects, oversaw all finical and project reporting. Developed and published new Project Manager Procedure Manuel for companywide operations.

Oversaw the construction of the Sandy Beach and Oceans One Resort condominium projects. Projects range between 34 and 35 million dollars each. Responsible for buyout and negotiate subcontractor and purchase order agreements from construction estimates. Administered and coordinated project meetings with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners to discuss project related issues, schedules and progress of the project. Managed construction budgets, change management and construction schedules.

As Construction Manager, I managed several projects including Brocton Central Schools, Town of Pittsford Library and Amherst Central Schools.
