FFP offers appealing alternatives to synthetic meat ingredients, including curing agents, accelerators, and stabilizers as well as plant based flavor & color enhancement products across a variety of applications, including beverage, meat and meat alternatives, savory foods, sauces and dressings, pet care, baked goods and sports nutrition products.

Responsible for the general management of the foodservice business. Provided executive leadership to a new start-up foodservice division for a $1,300,000,000 food company specializing in plant based products. Responsible for leading three segments of business including Broadline Distribution, National Chain accounts and Industrial Ingredients.

Responsible for managing the Foodservice Special Markets Division of a $1,800,000,000 company. Lead a team of people focusing on four separate foodservice channels including Deli, Co-manufacturing, International, and Military.

Responsible for leading a $470,000,000 Foodservice business inside a $3,000,000,000 Food Company. Developed Strategy and execution plans with P&L responsibilities. Managed a team of 47 business professionals. Developed a new brand and grew it to $100,000,000 in annual sales in five years with 45% gross margins.
