Director of Programs and Production Responsible for the management of 10 Program Managers with oversight of DOD, FMS and direct Foreign sale contracts.  Developed the proposal and pricing to support the sale and deployment of Engagement Skills Training systems (EST) to the armed Forces of Lebanon  Developed suppliers in the US, Europe and Lebanon for the provision of pre fabricated buildings to house the EST training systems. Created and implemented a Customer Management structure to improve customer responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Managed the production organization of 150 employees, which produced an average of 8000 end item deliveries per year. Created and implemented planning, scheduling and earned value tools for the production organization. Directly involved in proposal development and negotiations with US Army (PEO STRI) for various simulation contracts.

 Managed staff of 5 program mangers, 40 engineers and logistic personnel reporting to the product office for the support of the development and implementation product road map  Developed the strategy, proposal and pricing for the Army award of in house design and production of the simulated weapons used as part of the EST systems. This action Increased the business by 300%, averaging $20M per year since 2006. Managed the development, production, reliability testing and fielding of in house developed weapon simulations.  Developed the proposal, cost, pricing; and negotiated the award of the Israeli EST system. Managed the development, production and deployment of the Israeli training systems.

Program manger for the Air Tours cabin evacuation simulation devices, a suite of high fidelity training systems used to train and certify commercial air crew on emergency evacuation procedures for various Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Included a high fidelity A320 replication mounted on a motion base to simulate landing gear failure situations. Location was in Shoreham England, duration was 18 months. Program Manager for USAF C17 maintenance training system program, development, production and fielding of a suite of High fidelity simulations used to achieve maintainer certification. Deputy program manager for the CCTT worked with Lockheed Martin for the production of the LRIP modules used in the first deployment of fixed and mobile systems Program Manager for the design, development and deployment Saudi M1A2 high fidelity maintenance training system.
