With over 10 years of work experience in various roles and industries, I have developed core competencies in personnel and project management, training and development, and operations management. My mission is to leverage my skills and knowledge to create and implement effective solutions that enhance organizational performance, efficiency, and safety. I also created and delivered training programs for rail services provided by SGS Canada, one of my previous employers, for their client Dow. I ensured timely documentation and compliance to SGS and client rules and operating instructions, and developed site policies, procedures, and competency standards to align with Alberta Transport regulations. I have also acquired skills in e-learning content creation and administration, as well as supervisory and team-building skills.
