Fenergo is a Fintech SaaS company and the leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management, AML/KYC Compliance and Client Data Management solutions for financial institutions including many of the world's leading Tier 1 banks. My achievements at Fenergo are as follows:- Created and launched the Fenergo Implementation Partner Program. This was the first program within Fenergo to allow partner sale and delivery of Fenergo SaaS CLM software.- Developed and executed on a clear and comprehensive strategy for the Partner Program, including goals, objectives and KPI’s. - Successfully onboarded initial key implementation Partners and continuously enabled new entrants to the program.- Driving continuous improvement of the program to enable our partners to sell and implement our market-leading SaaS Client Lifecycle Management software.- Partnership Development: Worked with our delivery partners to enable their delivery teams through certification and project shadowing. Assessed partner's program tier level and provided continuous feedback to partners through KPI analysis.- Responsible for all implementation partner contract negotiations and governance- Change Management. Engaged with cross-functional teams within Fenergo to support the partner program and drive organisational change to ensure a partner-first mindset was adopted company-wide- Relationship Management. Built and maintained strong strategic relationships with our partners through regular governance meetings with their senior executives. Communicated partner insights and strategic recommendations back into our product stakeholders and Go-to-Market teams.- Reported monthly to C-level on partner readiness, effectiveness and adherence to KPI's.

- Ensured the seamless delivery of software quality across approximately 50 end-to-end project implementations for prestigious Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks such as Santander, BNP Paribas, HSBC, UBS, and CBA, ensuring top-tier results and client satisfaction.- Owned and developed the relationship with Fenergo delivery partners to supplement our delivery teams. Brought new partners into the partner ecosystem, and tracked performance of our delivery partners through monthly governance and scorecards.- Responsible for hire and training of all new QA staff. Actively managed QA practice utilisation and contractor bench. - Leader in Process Excellence and Operation Methodology Improvement at Fenergo. Developed a number of key agile process improvements which led directly to a measured 20% improvement in software quality. - Created the QA strategy and approach for project deliveries to include all aspects of functional and non-functional test.- Global team management: Extensive experience orchestrating and motivating onshore and offshore teams to deliver high impact projects. - Led the company-wide working grpup to create a new delivery methodology for all SaaS deliveries.- QA Practice Leader - Developed and hosted the QA Innovation Hackathon and other process improvement workshops, which led to the successful implementation of a number of key strategic initiatives within Fenergo.

- Led a performance team responsible for the test of a new 4G technology network rollout - ensuring acceptance into the Meteor live network by progressing though all stages of SIT,UAT and Go-Live testing lifecycle. During this role I was responsible for the delivery of numerous technical delivery and test projects to the leading telecoms providers such as Vodafone, AT&T and Telefonica.Key Projects:- Led a multi-disciplinary team delivering all technical design outputs from Ericsson to Vodafone Ireland in advance of the first 4G Network roll-out Project. - Partner Management: Effectively managed and developed Ericsson delivery partners for both service delivery and offshore resource augmentation ensuring adherence to defined delivery KPI's. - Ensured high quality design outputs to customer within agreed tight timeframes and budgets, and communicated integration test strategy with the customer.- Successfully managed a team of 14 engineers (both onshore and offshore) to integrate the first network share consolidation of sites in Ireland for Eircom Meteor and Telefonica O2. Delivered project within the agreed €2million + budget and timeframe. This was a pilot resource off-shore project for Ericsson.

- Technical Lead for multiple sucessful system integration projects in Ireland to Eircom & Vodafone and international customers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Telenor and BT.- Client stakeholder management was a key part of my role and I received excellent feedback on my ability to break down complex technical issues for both technical and non-technical teams.

- Led multiple projects in the delivery of Ericsson IP Messaging solutions internationally. Ensured customer acceptance through all stages of SDLC including non-functional test, SIT, UAT and Go Live- Provided 1st/2nd Line and Emergency Support to international customers.
